# Studio foundation baseline (2026-10-12)

**Purpose:** freeze what is **ready on Oracle** vs **installed→wire** vs **do-not-install-yet**, after reconciling live `andi312` with the target docs.

**Lane:** edit/verify on **`~/studio-dev` (`develop`)** only. Prod tree **`~/studio` (`main`)** is promote-only.

**Verified:** 2026-10-12 on `orcl-vm` via `scripts/audit-foundation.sh`.

## 5. Readiness tag checklist

Before tagging `foundation-baseline-YYYY-MM-DD` on `develop`:

1. `bash scripts/audit-foundation.sh` — no unexpected `MISS` on required/healthcare; removed packs stay absent.
2. This file + charter / foundation / target architecture `last_reviewed` match.
3. No installs from prod tree (`~/studio` / `main`).
4. User confirms functional checks below.

**Promote:** none required for docs-only baseline (no product systemd cut).
